Cookie Policy
This notice describes technical cookies used for this corporate website’s own functions. Cookie practices of the online shop and third-party services are explained on their respective websites.
1. What do cookies do?
Cookies are small records stored in your browser. The technical cookies here link blog interactions and limit form abuse. A newsletter preference does not permit advertising cookies or behavioural profiling.
2. Technical records for this website
solo_blog_visitor — Solo Plant; links blog likes and comments to a technical visitor identifier. The cookie does not contain the person’s email address or name. It is retained for one year after its last renewal, with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure is used over HTTPS.
solo_newsletter_visitor — Solo Plant; contains a random technical identifier to enforce short-term limits on newsletter subscription requests. It contains no email address. It is retained for one hour, with HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure is used over HTTPS.
solo_language — Solo Plant; remembers your chosen Turkish or English language. It contains no personal contact information. It is retained for one year after your language choice, with SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. You may delete it in browser settings or change your preference with the language selector.
Processing technical identifiers is assessed under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK for preventing abuse and providing requested interaction services, considering necessity and the balance of rights and freedoms. This explanation does not classify every future tool as an essential cookie.
3. External services
Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags have not been added to this corporate website. YouTube players in blog articles and linked social media, map and online shop services use third-party infrastructure. Their own technical records and privacy notices may apply when used. Videos use youtube-nocookie.com players; use of that address does not mean no data is sent to a third party.
Sites platform access-verification records may be held as part of the platform’s own access service. These records are not Solo Plant newsletter or advertising preferences.
4. Control and rights
You can view or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the blog technical cookie may affect recognition of your like preference for the same visitor. Deleting browser records does not withdraw a newsletter request; write to shop@soloplant.com to do so.
Personal data rights, providers and request methods are described in the Privacy Notice. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are used in future, the inventory and separate preference mechanism will be updated before those tools are activated.
