These terms relate to the Solo Plant corporate website, care content and blog interactions. The online shop’s membership and order terms apply to the relevant shop transaction.

This website presents our company story, orchid care information and links to the online shop. Membership accounts are not created and payments are not taken here. Visiting the website alone does not constitute acceptance of a membership agreement or marketing permission.
2. Content and care information
Care articles provide general information. The plant’s type, growing medium and environment may affect its needs. The symptom guide is not a definitive diagnosis replacing laboratory or expert assessment. Consider care instructions supplied with the product alongside the individual plant’s condition.
Brands, texts, images and designs belong to their respective rights holders. Uses permitted by law are reserved; unauthorised commercial reproduction and use are not permitted.
3. Comment and interaction rules
You may share your own experience truthfully. Using a nickname or display name is recommended. Comments must not include third parties’ contact or identity details, special-category data, insults, misleading advertising or unlawful content.
You retain rights in your comment. Submission grants limited permission only to publish it on this website and make necessary technical arrangements. Advertising use on other channels requires its own lawful basis and necessary permissions. Unlawful content may be removed; negative content is not removed simply for being negative.
4. Responsibility, changes and requests
Misleading identity, malicious software, abuse of systems and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Necessary and proportionate protective measures may be applied. Access may be affected by technical maintenance or faults; this does not remove the operator’s liability for fault or mandatory legal obligations.
